Adams Angling Life: I started fishing around the age of 6 or 7 on local ponds and rivers with my dad before starting out fishing local club matches a few years later. I made the move to start fishing open matches at around 14 and the year after qualified for the first of the bigger competitions in the maver pairs and really whetting my appetite for these bigger matches.
Since then I've been lucky enough to win the Kamasan Match Man of the Year, individually win the Maver Pairs final and the Commercial National alongside qualifying for 4 x Fish’o’Mania finals, 4 x Maver Pairs finals, 3 x Park Dean Masters finals, 2 Riverfest final, a Maver Match This final and a Fish North final. Despite managing a number of big final appearances I’m yet to win one with an agonising 2nd place in a Park Dean final and 4th place in Riverfest so hopefully a win will come soon!
